Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to orders and Special Requests submitted through Etebar Market. Please review the product, recipient, delivery and payment information before confirming.

Listed products may be added to the cart and ordered through WooCommerce checkout. Product prices are shown in GBP. Delivery is currently available in Kabul and costs £15 for the whole order, not per item.

The delivery estimate is 2–3 working days after successful payment. This is an estimate and may be affected by product availability, recipient contact, access, safety or other practical conditions.

An unlisted product, repair or local service is not guaranteed before review. A Special Request is not an order and no fixed price is agreed until Etebar has reviewed the request, provided a quote and received the required confirmation or payment.

Submitting a Special Request does not create a website order and does not take a payment. A request may include uploaded images or PDF files within the limits shown on the form.

Repairs and practical services depend on suitable local help, location, access and an assessment of the item or problem. An assessment may show that work is unavailable, unsuitable or different from the original request.

Available payment information is shown at checkout. Online payment is not active on this website yet. The recipient should not be asked to pay when the buyer has paid online.

An order may be cancelled after it is placed and until it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, we do not offer a voluntary return if you change your mind.

If a product is missing, if the wrong product is supplied, or if a product arrives damaged, spoiled, defective or unsafe, we refund the price of the affected item. Our Returns & Cancellations policy explains each situation and how to report a problem.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Customers must provide accurate recipient contact and Kabul delivery details. Standard delivery proof may record the package and handover while respecting safety and consent choices. Where offered, optional video proof costs £5 per order and may show the products and their visible condition at handover. A recognisable recipient appears only with consent.

We aim to present accurate prices and descriptions. Availability, specifications and service feasibility may change. The product type, quantity and quality shown in a confirmed order must be respected.

Product brands and packaging may vary depending on local availability. Where necessary, an equivalent product of comparable type, quantity and quality may be supplied.
